My schedule does not permit consistent attendance of Tues/Thurs/Sat planned training sessions, yet I do train daily.

Looking to train with others......next planned race NYC Half on 3/17.  Avg training pace 7:30 for runs exceeding 6 miles.......7:45-8:00 for runs exceeding 12-20 miles +.

Thanks in advance...

Best,

Brian

I'm also training for the NYC Half and have not been able to make it to group runs- but I am waayy slower. Anyone else training who runs at about 10:00 min pace?

Hi!
I would love to join anyone as a running partner! I'm an early riser so I prefer to run btwn 6-8am? Any takers? I need to learn how to train and run from a seasoned runner because running is brand new to me!

I'd prefer to run early mornings too. But I'm not sure how "seasoned" of a runner you're looking for. But I'd like a running partner.

I can run at about 7 am weekdays. I run a 10-11 mm pace at the moment. my email is zora.gina@gmail.com.
