Riverdale indoor tracks?

Are there any indoor running tracks in riverdale? Where? Hours?

There's one in the fieldhouse at Manhattan College. But you may need to call them to find out if it is open to the public.

Thank you. I might stick with treadmill during the week.

I wanted to ask whether there were slower runners during the group runs, as i run 12-12:30 pace right now...
