turns out I won't be running Sunday after all. Tweaked my right calf on Thursday. It's now ok for walking but won't hold up for running yet. Will be thinking fast thoughts in everyone's direction + looking forward to being back out there soon.

Fantastic marathon Sunday guys. Chris Ekstrom ran a fantastic 2.55 debut. With Steve Joseph running a greta 3.17 for the 50s team he double dipped for the 40s team too bringing us home 8th overall.
That's 8th in the NYC Marathon - fantastic.
Sean Mah came back from Oz to run 3.54
Rob V ran the Foot Locker Challenge and for us in 4.01
Rick Bloomer ran a nice 4.25
Firdaus came up from Florida and ran untrained 4.25 too
Hiroshi ran a nice 4.42
James came home in 4.57
Paul Arroyo ran a nice 5.05
Followed by Darren in 5.06
And Dave Simko in 5.46
Well done guys
Now go sign up for the last points race of the season, Run for Voices on Dec 4th and let's finish with a bang. Good job.
