I had fun cheering the team on today (decided to bike instead in order to keep rehabbing this knee).  Congrats to the 40+ women on the 10th place finish and the 50+ women on the 6th place finish.

Welcome 40+ women to our new web group.  I'll be coordinating our team for NYRR points races. I hope to be injury free by the time I can score for the group when I turn 40 on 9/28.  Our next race is Saturday July 16, The Central Park Conservancy Run for Central Park (4M).  I'll be driving down from Riverdale if anyone wants a ride.  Who's running?
