Yes. In fairness you had close to an ideal day in Boston-it's rare to have a tailwind- but winning times tend to be slowest in New York and having uphills so late in the race is no picnic either.

Hey Guys,

Best of luck on Monday. Temps sound like they'll be comfortable and I hope the wind is behind you all the way in. You should be able to run controlled yet quick for the first 16. As Mike said in a previous post, take advantage of the downhills, cruise the uphills and remember it's downhill and/or flat to the finish. You've worked hard, now enjoy the rewards. Fans there are great- feed off of it.

I'm ready to go & lay down my 3 key objectives:
1. To run at least 3 minutes faster than I did at NYC
2. To run a steady, consistent race
3. To have reserves to race through the final 5.2 miles
