After several years of experimenting I came up withthe perfect drink to use before, during and after workouts. I drink 74 oz. a day. It helps me run faster & longer. Here's the recipe.

16 oz. Powerade Zero (any flave), 16 oz. water (preferably spring), 1 heaping teaspoon Garden of Life Perfect Food (available at any Vitamin Shoppe), 1 heaping teaspoon GNC AMP Amplified Endurance Booster, 1 tablespoon Vitamin Shoppe Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM. Try this mix. It will improve performance in races & perhaps life.

I started taking Protein Bars and drinks after working out, as that's when your muscles absorb food like a sponge.  Let's see what happens..
