VCTC Version of "The Final 10" - Saturday, 10/17 @7:45 AM
Saturday, October 17th, we will be meeting at 7:45 AM at the base of the Queensboro bridge on 60th street. JoAnn knows the route quite well so she will type up directions. We can even do 2-3 pace groups if enough people show up! The weather is supposed to be gross all weekend - so join us and lets get it done so we can hibernate the rest of the weekend. Hot Chocolate and Pancakes at the finish?

it cannot be as gross as it is here. i have had to do my long runs at 5.30 am and the humidity is bad. during the days almost unrunnable with temp. at about 92 (feels like 100 to 105) and humidity between 90 & 100 !! its funny the other day i heard someone say it is cooling off - it was 87 and 95% humidity !!
