Hudson Valley Triathlon

Tony Thoman and Linda Filar took part in the newly revised Hudson Valley Triathlon in Kingston, NY. Linda continued her awesome string of performances, and Tony ... uh ... who tried to wear a wet suit for the first time, had it on backwards. Nonetheless, an awesome event, with a 1.5 mile swim in the Hudson, a 40K bike in the foot hills of the Catskills, and a run that felt like it was in the heart of the mountains.
