Sat Morning Group Runs

Good Morning! Come and join us for our regular morning group runs each Saturday morning at 8 am!

We break into various groups based on different paces and distances, starting with a loop of the Parade Grounds of Van Cortlandt Park, then smaller groups head off through the trails for runs of varying lengths and speeds.

Be sure to meet back up after the run at the Short Stop Cafe across the street for breakfast!

We always have lots of routes and paces to choose from: something for everybody! Here are just a few of the routes that people like to take (click on the maps for more details).
