Does anybody recognize this dog? I found him in V.C. Park on Saturday morning, and I'd like to find his owner or a good home. He was very dehydrated when I found him, and he passed out as he was walking alongside me. He had to spend the night at the vets on an IV to bring him back again, but he is much better now. Please call me @ 315-729-3929 if you know anything about him.
