- Running. Do lots of overtime. Not much time for other things. I skateboard as well, but no tricks. I'm just a pusher:)

- Run about 8 minutes per mile. My stats are listed on the NYRRC.org website.
- How did you get into running?
- Had to lose weight. I lost over 70 lbs. I'm around 126 now.
- Year's you've been running?
- 9
- What's your favorite race(s)?
- NYC ING Marathon. I work all year every year for guaranteed entry (9+1 Program).
- Most memorable performance(s) and why?
- My best Marathon time was 4:48.
- Running hero's?
- I really admire all the older runners in their 70's and 80's. I hope I last that long.
- Why do you run?
- Fitness and fun.
- What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?
- Depends on the day!
- Future goals?
- Be a record holder. How many years in a row would I have to run the NYC ING to hold the record of consecutive years run? Does anybody out there know?
- Any last words? Suggestions to the club admin?
- Maybe the club should encourage cross-training in other "leg sports" (karate, bike riding, skateboarding).

I do about 30 miles a week in the, and I've not had as much as a blister, they're great, and eco-friendly too!
