How did you get into running?

through a Masters in PE program in the 1970's!

Year's you've been running?

on and off for 30 years, but run/walking for past five years.

What's your favorite race(s)?

I am so slow, I don't like racing.

Most memorable performance(s) and why?

I once ran about 12+ miles, the most I've ever done, with my father, brother and other guys and was able to keep up with them. It felt great.

Why do you run?

It feels great to be outdoors, moving, getting in touch physically, mentally, spiritually.
