Where do you live now?: Riverdale

Do you have any children?: yes- an 8yo daughter and 5yo son.

What's your favorite running shoe?: New Balance

What do you do? What's your profession, what do you do all day?: Psychiatrist-- in both private practice and on the faculty of Mount Sinai in Manhattan

Hobbies?: Running....

Pet Peeve?: People who do not respond to my emails/calls promptly

Running PR's List them Here from 100meters to 100miles!: NYC Marathon (1999)- 3:35

How did you get into running?: From watching friends in college.

What's your favorite race(s)?: 20+

Most memorable performance(s) and why?: My first marathon-- NYC (1998). Because it was my first, even if not my fastest.

Running hero's?: ?

Why do you run?: Because it makes me feel free and pure.

What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?: Depends on the day!

Future goals?: To resume running after a recent marathon induced injury in a way that permits me to run for a long time into my future.
