Hi Damion,
Thanks for posting a profile on our web site. I'm a membership director for VCTC and can answer any questions you may have. The best way to get a feel for the club is to come to a group run on Saturday morning at 8 am, run starts at 8:15. We meet near the ice skating rink in Van Cortlandt Park on Broadway. VCTC has runners at all levels so you should be able to find someone to run with who runs at your pace.
