How did you get into running?

I started in High School, ran for 2 years in college, stopped running for 11 years, and then started jogging/running on and off since summer 2008.

What's your favorite race(s)?

800 meters

Most memorable performance(s) and why?

Terry Ryan Memorial Run 10K on Nov 18, 2012 because it was a definitive PR for me. This was the fastest pace I've run since returning to running in 2008.I ran a steady, consistent pace from beginning to end and I was peaking at that time.

Running hero's?

Steve Prefontaine, Michael Johnson, David Rudisha, Leonel Manzano, and all marathon runners.

Why do you run?

To build endurance, stay fit, prevent weight gain, and because I love it.

What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?

I start out as the Hare; finish as the Tortoise

Future goals?

Improve my times in all above races and run a marathon. Very Long term eventual goal is to run the Comrade's Marathon in South Africa.
