- Most memorable performance(s) and why?
- Frostbite 10 miler in Central Park. I was holding a good pace, and was able to maintain it for the distance.
Broadway Ultra Society 50K. I ran without much long distance training on my 55th birthday, and finished, placing 55th overall.
- Why do you run?
- Running is simple, No equipment needed. I do most of my creative thinking while running. It is a zen-like exercise
- What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?
- Depends on the day!

- Learn to play framedrum like Glen Velez

- Keep doing what you're doing! The club has grown, the enthusiasm is contageous, the group runs as well as track workouts are back, the web site is awesome!
