- How did you get into running?
- In 2009, my father in-law challenged me to run a 10k in Eugene, Oregon (track town USA). Of course, I didn't get it right so I've been hooked ever since.

- Usain Bolt at the Beijing Olympics

- Bernard Legat: Old guys can still roll hard!

- Running is freedom & the roads are my therapy.
