- How did you get into running?
- When I joined the Marine Corps in 1988
- Year's you've been running?
- I haven't run in about five years
- Most memorable performance(s) and why?
- Saturday morning run. My first run with VCTC
- Running hero's?
- I don't know many. Maybe Bart Yasso, I have seen a few of his videos.
- Why do you run?
- To improve my health, to be a better role model for my daughter (healthwise) and to be part of a team.
- What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?
- Depends on the day!
- Future goals?
- Run a 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon in that order.
