What do you do? What's your profession, what do you do all day?

I a financial controller at a Hedge Fund full time but my part time job is the best. I am a personal trainer.

Hobbies?

I enjoy cooking/baking, traveling and Irish dancing. I received my TMRF which lets me teach Ceili dancing.

I have completed 6 half marathons and my last one in March had my best PR. Finished in 2:24

How did you get into running?

Started running as therapy while going through a divorce and wanting to make changes in my life.

About 3 years

What's your favorite race(s)?

I think the Sleepy Hollow Half. It has some nice views and its a great challenge.

Most memorable performance(s) and why?

The Disney Half Marathon because it was so much fun and it was my first one.

Why do you run?

I run for health, to clear my head and because of good I feel when I am done.

Future goals?

I am doing the Woodlawn 5k on Sept 15 2012. This is a goal for me since 4 monthes ago I had a full blown Cardiac Arrest (for unknown reasons). I am told that I was dead for 17 minutes. I have recovered with out any limitations and easing back into everything. I can not run like I did before - YET!!
