What's your favorite running shoe?
What do you do? What's your profession, what do you do all day?
I am a Personal Trainer.
Run, Weight Lifting, Dancing, Movies, Going to the beach, etc...
Few that I can think right now: Lazy People, People smoking, Slow drivers on left lane, People walking on the first lane of the Track, Liars, etc...

Since February when I started to run again, after my knee surgery: 4 Miles- 26m:23s ; 5 Miles- 33m:27s
How did you get into running?
I started about 12 years old, at school, competing with friends and for my school, than eventually ,for my self in some road races.
Year's you've been running?
I Ran for 7 years, Than I stopped running for 23 years, Dedicating my self to Bodybuilding for a few tears. I recently started running again in March last year. In October 2011, I stopped again, because my right knee was hurting, and in November, I had surgery done, being out of training again till February 2012.
What's your favorite race(s)?
My favorite race used to be Marathons, but until I get my self in a good conditioning, I rather do small 4, 5 miles races. ;-)
Most memorable performance(s) and why?
My best Marathon in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro in 1988, because I felted like a superman, finishing it at 2hr:53m and still having energy for run another couple miles. Also, I was awarded Third place in my division.
LOL, Besides Me, Abebe Bikila,Solonei da Silva, Evans Rutto, Alberto Salazar, David Goggins, Rosa Mota, Paula Radcliffe, etc..
Why do you run?
First of all, because it feels good and makes me feel alive. Also, I love to challenge my self and compete.
What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?
Depends on the day!
I would love to be able to run a Marathon again, under 3hrs, also maybe do one race bigger than a Marathon, but right now, it is just a dream.
Any last words? Suggestions to the club admin?
For me, it would be great if the tues and Thurs workouts was scheduled a little bit earlier, like 6:30 PM's. Another suggestion, would be having a Bus transportation to bring big groups to Run NYRR and many other races in New York City and around if you guys don't have it yet. Thank You ! :-)
