What is a PR...I spent two years in a wheel chair and run at a walkers pace but I love to jog.

I never race, like the century bike ride

Running down Camel's Hump Mountain in Vermont-very challenging footwork

everyone who runs faster, most people and everyone who is older, not so many people

Why do you run?

enjoy being outdoors, nature, flowers, mentally it is like meditation or yoga,and it always feels good to move my body

What do you consider yourself, The Tortoise, or The Hare?

I am for sure the Tortoise

Future goals?

perhaps to increase speed slightly but to strengthen my endurance

I saw your run today, sunday June 3 and would like to run in a safer environment, groups would be better as I go solo alot and am not sure it is so safe for me.
