What's your favorite race(s)?

Any Half Marathon distance. It's short enough that you can push yourself, but long enough to feel like you had a good workout.

Most memorable performance(s) and why?

Running my last marathon (2:59:36). I had a game plan, I stuck to it, then had to hold to it all the way to the end. It was very rewarding to break 3 hours in a marathon with no outside help.

Why do you run?

It is cheaper than therapy. And great exercise

I am friends with Bradford King and Allan Ludgate. I am running the NYC marathon for the first time this year. I am hoping to run Bradford King to a new PR.
