Does anyone think it is/is not beneficial to have a gym membership? I have heard several people say yes and some say no.
I'm just not sure if I should consider getting one...

I just got myself a Garmin yesterday and I seem to have no luck with it. I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong. First, the box did not come with the ANT stick. Second it keeps shutting down completely- full battery, blank screen. I have to reset it to get it to come back on. And it also freezes when I am scrolling through the menu etc.. is anyone else having this issue or did I just get a bad watch...?

I am brand new to VCTC and I have a couple questions I was hoping someone would help answer. OK- Tuesday track workouts, what are these like? Is it suggested for slow runners to join or those new to/coming back to running after a long hiatus?
Also what are the Thursday night Tempos like? (Same questions as above). Is it suggested to get a head lamp for running during any of these workouts.
