Hi Melissa! Thanks for your invitation for the Diva half on back on Saturday. I was just wondering about how I should go about signing up for the race. Is there an in-group sign up or is it individual? If you could just clarify this that would be great. Also, I am really looking forwards to yoga on Wednesday but I forgot to jot down the place and time so if you could also remind me of that that would be amazing. Thank you!
Hey Melissa, how was the race Tuesday?? I was too sore to run from my race on Sunday, but i'll be at the track again tomorrow, hopefully see you there!
Hi Melissa - hope your training has been going well! I plan on doing the LR with the NYFlyers this weekend if you will be there. Should we extend an invitation to the other vctc marathoners on the Marathon Group page?
WOW you got some speed in those legs... 3;12 marathon is no joke! For sure you can break 1:30 for a 1/2, you should go for it... don't wait... go for it!

I would say get into the 50s per week. You need 3 long runs before the marathon of 20+ so if you only run 40, the rest of the week is pretty slack.

I am running NY. Have done lots of training, but have hamstring issue. Hoping it is not a factor.
From what data I have you may have set a Club Record for Ladies 30+. Big WOW!
