The course
The race
begins on Independence Avenue in front of the Riverdale - Kingsbridge
Academy. The course heads south until 232nd Street. After a steep descent
down 232nd Street, the course goes out and back on Palisade Avenue. On
this hilly but shady street, runners will go up by Wave Hill on one end,
and under the Henry Hudson bridge on the other. Finally, the course comes
back up to Independence Avenue, where it finishes in front of the school. |
